Office Manager (Melbourne).

As the office manager it is my role to ensure the office is run smoothly and effectively. Assisting the researchers with document presentation, preparation of stimulus materials and other group requirements plus general office duties.

History

Eighteen years administrative and PA experience. Worked in various industries ranging from architecture, real estate, finance and law.

Interests

Gym, walking, painting, bike riding.

Specialist areas are report and presentation formatting, diary management, events, and general cheerful all-rounder together with the rest of the secretarial team.

History

Began a hopscotch career path hospitality, television extra/film work, and nurses assistant before a fruitful administrative career in dental reception, admin in real estate valuations, retail admin at David Jones Online, PA in recruitment and have been a PA at Blue Moon since January 04.

Interests

Holidaying anywhere in Queensland (where else!). Fitness, gardening and dining with great friends and good wine.

Specialist skills

My role at Blue Moon is wide ranging including everything from designing and maintaining the office, to developing stimulus boards from the picture library. And I use my cooking skills for internal lunches and the annual Melbourne Cup party.

History

Honours degree in Printed Textile design. I worked in London for 14 years as a freelance fabric and packaging designer selling in the UK, Europe and America.

Interests

Cooking, reading, film, travel and modern Australian art.
