Associate Director
Rob joined GfK Blue Moon in 2006. He has wide-ranging commercial and technical experience that includes both agency and client-side roles.
He has conducted research across a number of different categories including telecommunications, alcohol, financial services, consumer electronics, media, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, social and government, retail and others. He has experience using a variety of techniques and approaches to meet client needs both here in Australia and overseas.
Prior to joining GfK Blue Moon, Rob worked on the client-side and so he understands (and been responsible for) the technical and commercial requirements for successful research. Previous roles have included consultancy and various business, research and marketing roles in the UK.
As well as a solid understanding of research techniques and wide-ranging strategic understanding, Rob also has a specific interest in and passion for communications research.
Rob also co-authored an ESOMAR paper on the role of research in business transformation, and won the inaugural AMSRS Research Effectiveness Award for Commercial Effectiveness (as a client).
