Kerensa Gagg

Research Director

Kerensa has been part of the GfK bluemoon team since October 2007 and has not looked back since. Her passion for qual research began at university in the UK when she chose to undertake an ethnography of an eco community in Wales, an interesting part of which was interviewing people in the nude! She then spent 5 years as a researcher at the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) undertaking research for policy makers in the public education sector.

As with all Quallies at GfK bluemoon she is involved with every aspect of research from proposal writing, setting up recruitment through to moderation, and strategic analysis and reporting. She aims to keep abreast of a range of methodologies and has undertaken projects involving various methodologies involving online bulletin boards, eyetracking and ethnography. Her client portfolio is broad with research interests to match from telecommunications and technology, financial services through to communications.

Kerensa is fascinated with meeting new people and will talk to anyone - whether it's on planes, trains or in automobiles, which is just as well for a Quallie whose purpose is to explore and find answers to ‘why' things work the way they do.
